    Is my pull day too much volume?

    @jonathanef Don't really know how hard you push your sets, but assuming RPE 8-9 i'd cap the sets at 3 per exercise. I would include one shrug variation instead of the cable curl (or maybe even a pullover if you lack more width vs thickness) Change the exercise selection the other back day of...
