    What’s your optimal workout time(s) and what time do you actually do it?

    @sergeiyes sameeeee. I work out 630am in the morning and for runs I run RIGHT after work. If I don't for either, neither will happen.

    @foulendeparis Not OP but I'm 5'2 at 1760 calories in a deficit and hit 135g of protein a day. 0 fat Greek yogurt is your friend.
