    Pilates-tok?

    @seekinganswersinlife Pilates is amazing and gives fast results and this has been the case always way before TikTok and regardless of TikTok. However there’s nothing wrong with lifting. Lifting weights is very health. And you can also do both. Any workout you stay consistent with WORKS.

    @bunnylightheart Is there another metric you can use? Like an article of clothing that’s tight right now? It’s motivating to have another way to ensure your body is changing. Taking measurements helps too

    When I exercise, I don’t lose weight. But when I stop exercising and just eat less, I lose weight
