    @awoods88 Both yesterday's binge and cutting even more calories off today to make up for it are entirely negligible if you keep the rest of your diet on lock. You'll look exactly the same as you would by July. Call it a cheat day and move on. Even professional body builders cheat once in a while...

    @dsutton2 Purely for the weight loss but not muscle retention, unless they're 150lbs and 90% of those calories are pure protein. Much better off just sticking to the diet as it was, both mentally and physically.

    @sophiepoeta Not all muscles are show muscles and I find it's done a lot for my stability while I'm squatting. Small muscle as you said so I never need more than 2-3 sets each to feel it so I like to throw it in at the end when I have time.
