    @godlyyours I realized (through the comments) that I weigh my food incorrectly. For example, with chicken adobo, I would just weigh it, search for it on MFP, and then log it. Ganon pala kamali 😅

    @lakusha 4 months consistent workout. Last year nagstart din akong maggym and jog pero inconsistent so wala masyadong progress.

    @brendafox I do cycling sa gym. On tuesdays and wednesdays, I do 10-20 mins post-workout. Sa fridays, 1.5-2hrs naman. Thank you! Will also take note on this.
