    @mymondays Up to 4-5x a week I’d say. Make sure you’re doing push-ups to do the opposite motion.

    @mymondays I did 5-10 negatives a day for 3 months before I got my first. And rock climbing hehe

    Do any of you just NOT have defined goals?

    @mayne70 I want to climb hard everywhere in the world. Very unquantifiable but the first step is to climb hard locally 😆

    What’s a little trick that made a huge difference in your form?

    @bkrolex Not sure if this was meant to be specifically a lifting form thread, but I rock climb and have been working on my body position and dynamic movements recently. One thing my coach told me was “overshoot the hold” which makes me get my hips and chest closer to the wall mid-movement...
