is there any other 5’2 to 5’4 women that feel best at 140lb to 150lbs or is it just me?

@peaceprevails26 Not sure I’d go under 130. 135 seemed like a good weight for me but I wasn’t muscular so I could end up in your camp too.

What’s your ‘genius’ high protein snack/meal?

@argonath They do have vegan shakes (or did at one point) but I have never seen them with that high protein content, they are lower than the regular dairy ones even.

What’s your ‘genius’ high protein snack/meal?

Not everybody will have a bubble butt. And that’s okay.

@g3ntl3w4rri0r What’s crazy is it sounds like you have a great butt! I don’t get why everyone tries to get the same body shape, such a strange thing. I obviously have things I’d like to change but in reality it’s all about enhancing what I have.

@ocd777 This is a good point, I stopped drinking soy milk years ago because I felt like I was eating too much soy, but that has been debunked. I should rotate it back in.

    I’m 38. I’ve been told I won’t get to what I was even when I was 34

@supernova1044 This is a very common old school way of thinking. I think it’s partially their own self excuses, partially horrible diet culture, and Victorian era fainting couch syndrome. My grandpa’s parents were German immigrants and big believers of resting and immobilizing for any ailment...

What’s your ‘genius’ high protein snack/meal?

@ayakuro Yep! It’s so flexible. I adjust for how hungry I am or what my stomach is in the mood for, sometimes the protein gets heavy in my stomach.
