    @spica2k7 From a strict muscle gaining perspective, probably not. Eating healthy is of course advantageous for a lot of other reasons.

    @saultopaul According to this source 0.82 g per lbs BW is enough for optimal muscle growth. At 125 lbs that would be 102.5 g of protein daily.

    @rokkstar2009 So, that’s quite a lot of volume. Why not focus on fewer exercises?
