    How do you eat enough protein without feeling disgustingly full be the end of the day?

    @amalthea333 Are you able to eat gluten? If so, vital wheat gluten has around 75g protein per 100g. Add some water & spices and you’ve got seitan. I’ve found it works in most dishes that tofu works in and massively bumps up my protein intake for the day.

    @joshramkelowon How can you determine that they’re in a surplus without knowing their TDEE? I’m 182cm/104kg and at least moderately active. The TDEE calculator gives me an estimate of 3,143kcal/day. I’m eating around the same as OP right now to lose weight. So it’s very possible they’re also...

    @katie4469 Yep this is essential info to assess what’s up. Could easily just be a miscalculated TDEE.
