    Low calorie count + workouts = tired

    @leahratliff Are you sure? I'm in a very similar situation as OP with around 1700 kcal as a powerlifter training 3x/wk. This thing suggests that my BMR is 1900 kcal at 5'6' and 183 lbs (trying very earnestly to get back to 150 by end of year).
