    is there any other 5’2 to 5’4 women that feel best at 140lb to 150lbs or is it just me?

    @peaceprevails26 It's wild how the smallest differences in height changes everything. I'm 140 now at 5'0 and it is NOT a good/healthy weight on me. I'm very noticeably overweight and you can't see any of the muscles I've grown. I've been 110 before with no muscle, and I'd love to get close to...

    5'3"/160 cm ladies, at what weight did you notice changes to your hips and thighs?

    @ohanzee I’m 5’0 but it wasn’t until I was at a 23 bmi did I notice “thinness” there. I was maybe a 28 bmi before.

    Where to buy cute.. i feel cringe saying this.. “pump covers?”

    @puddintain Gen z will wear a huge baggy tee tucked into their shorts in the back (like a size L if they’re an XS) and take it off mid workout when they work up a sweat (presumably to show off the “pump” of their muscles).

    Those who are 5’0/5’1, what is your goal weight and what are you doing to get there?

    @stephny I’m 5’0”, about 135 right now though maybe closer to 130. I was 146 at the end of the year. I stopped binging and stick to a 1250-1450 calorie deficit. I’m on Wellbutrin so I’ve lost an appetite. In a dream life, I’d love to go to the gym every day after work but I get home at 6:30...

    @jcsista6155 For real. I just wear the looser ones from high school and college I’ve amassed but am too nostalgic to tops.

    5’3” ladies over 30, what are your maintenance calories and activity level?

    @dawn16 You’re inspiring! I’m 5’0 145 and I hope to get back down to 115 again. How long did the weight loss take you?

    Losing fitness after a few weeks?

    @cphillygirl Sounds like a combination of the three but why not go back to lifting and just go lower weight and focus on form? Lifting always makes me feel stronger and have more endurance immediately.

    For those of you who’ve recruited a professional, how’d it go?

    @mikethomasahn When I first joined the gym after covid, they had free trainers help you learn to use the equipment. It was a women’s only gym so I felt safe and comfortable being a complete newbie and not feeling judged. It was pretty empty when I went, so she’d head over and work with me when I...

    Can’t slim arms (they get bulkier) 😫

    @cph Ex-swimmer and same. When I flex, I have great muscles! But otherwise just normally look big. People constantly comment on how small I am but then when I’m in a group photo, my arms are somehow double the size of theirs — and this is without the body dysmorphia lens. There’s a lot of muscle...

    5’1” goal weight

    @laveena123 It just depends on your body. I’ve always been able to pack on muscle easily but it looks flabby when I have a “healthy” amount of fat, even as a kid when I swam competitively and worked out for 3+ hours a day with major muscles. My body looks better and defined at a lower (but...
