    @pearlgrl13 In the latest version, you don’t do the timed test until you are comfortable doing all sets with the 32.

    Adjustable KB advice

    @malaps I use one HS and an adjustable comp bell for doubles. It’s not an issue at all.

    Revise weight jumps on S&S

    @climpah I would try the recommended jumps and intervals. If it’s too much, you can dial it back. My guess is you’ll be just fine, at least until you start pushing for the timed test with the 32kg.
