    @shpiclovelymy I know mikes advice is perfect for naturals train very hard but briefly and infrequently focus on rest and recovery… yet this sub hates him for no reason.

    @bronsontaur He was using heavy duty years before the Olympia in 1973 he didn’t make it up what’s there to make up about training intense brief and infrequently?

    @lineman Doctor prescribed amphetamines that were for productivity use he wanted to read and write all day as well as ride bike for miles a day and found that it helped him a lot. He made many books and articles about bodybuilding and the mind as well. And his theories are correct.
