    @sonicfusion There’s good evidence that sauna use boosts HGH quite a bit. Good practice to spend 15-20 mins in one after some workouts if you have access to one. Also great for cardiovascular health.

    @mool Wear it on your other wrist? Fitbit has a setting to choose whether you’re wearing it on your dominant or non-dominant arm.

    @tripp1523 I’m no expert but I don’t think you need to be this militant about every AA, the body stores and assembles them with a great deal of efficiency over long periods. Follow some veg bodybuilders like Nimai Delgado for inspiration and meal ideas.

    Want to start cutting

    @ryannap2203 I’m just finishing one—I think the most important thing is to continue strength training while cutting. Losing a little muscle is inevitable but it won’t be too apparent in your lifts as long as you don’t cut too fast. I commented on a similar post here, hope there’s something...
