    What's your "I know I should(n't) be doing this"?

    @sandoftheearth I was totally managing that last year! Then I got injured and gained a dress size and a half. So it can be done...you just have to make sure to stay injury free... (now I'm on a mission to elliptical and swim my way away from the bad diet...)

    @katty143 Yeah, aiming for flat routes when you're walking that much was probably a good idea! I think my floor record is 400 in a day and my legs were dead, I couldn't have done 100k steps as well!

    @strongfaith91 Wow, I thought this was a picture of me for a second. I'm 5'11" 133lb and my stomach pretty much looks exactly like that!

    @kagenonikki Huh, I had no idea that thinning hair could be iron related. I got the Mirena last year, bled for six months on it, and had to cut my waist length hair short because it was getting so thin. I just thought hormones or something but I imagine losing that much blood all the time...

    not gaining weight....eating 4k+ a day...very sad, please help!!!

    @icameforhelp Unrelated to your weight, but if you're drinking that much water you should look into mixing electrolyte supplements with some of it. That will help with the bloating and also quench your thirst better.

    Strong Curves book promotes a woman who's 5'8 and 115 lbs as clients' "ideal" body. Is the weight estimate just off?

    @dshap44 I'm 5'11" and currently about 130lb and probably look about the same, size wise, as she does in those photos. But I am not particularly muscular so I imagine that makes me weigh less than someone my size who was muscular.
