    @ashleydominique I will add the walking backward to my workout. Everytime I am done with focus work for 1 hour. I will walk backwards, instead of lying on bed.

    @forevereternal Thanks I will add the band pull. I do face pull. What upper track work you suggest? I do shrugs. The neck excercises you mentioned are the same. I am doing them from last 2 week.
