How long does everyone stay on a calorie deficit

@awoods88 I'm trying to get sub 15% for the first time atm. Aiming for about 12%. Goal is to have a better start off point for future bulks and to stay leaner in general, since I had to get up to like 25% bf during bulks in the past. Did March+April at -750 kcal before having 3 weeks off due to...

How long does everyone stay on a calorie deficit

@mistdodger Gotta say I don't think I can help you here. You can try to do a deload every couple of weeks and especially before your cut, so fatigue doesn't accumulate too much. (Obviously at maintenance calories) Otherwise I can say from personal experience and of what Dr. Mike has said...

How long does everyone stay on a calorie deficit

@mistdodger How big is your deficit? How many sets do you do per workout and at what intensities? All I can think of is that either your diet is shit or your training is. How's your stress and sleep?

How long does everyone stay on a calorie deficit

@olasoji Yes, if you don't train during a cut you will lose a lot of muscle, which could've been fat lost. Also if you aren't an advanced trainee and especially if you are a beginner and/or high bf% you can gain muscle during a cut.

What’s your thoughts on the oversized t shirt?

@gidy Do you do the curls sitting with hands rested on your thighs? Those make my wrists crack, too. Standing curls either on a cable like Sam Sulek or finger curls with a barbell feel great, though.

What’s your thoughts on the oversized t shirt?

@gidy You have to train them directly mate. My wrists are small af, but after a year of direct training, my forearms are finally pretty meaty. Palmarflexion, hammer curls, .... You'll see, it just takes time

High bar squat more fatiguing to spinal erectors than low bar squat

@surfing_australian Thanks, man. I squatted again the other day and really tried to keep my lats locked in and upper back tight. That helped a lot. No insane back pump and fatigue anymore 👍

High bar squat more fatiguing to spinal erectors than low bar squat

@surfing_australian Yeah, that makes sense. In low bar my lats do feel like tighter.

High bar squat more fatiguing to spinal erectors than low bar squat

@hugosilva What exactly do you mean, when you say upper back area? Because I feel HBS mostly in the upper lumbar and thoraccic spine. But its definitely the erectors there.

High bar squat more fatiguing to spinal erectors than low bar squat

Title pretty much says it all. HBS tax my spinal erectors (mid back mostly) way more than LBS. I would've guessed, since you're more bent over, that LBS would be harder on them. Is it that the higher bar placement increases angular momentum/torque (yk what I mean, english is not my first...
