    How can I make my workouts not last so long?

    @balihandicraft You’re dead right in your amount of days working out and following a full body workout but I would limit yourself to 6 compound exercises per session. Try 4 sets of 8 on each and see how you get on. Rest from 1 min - 2 depending on how fatigued your muscles are after each exercise.

I did actually just start fasting on my days off and then forgot to prep my overnight oats one day and just thought I might just see how I get on. I hear you about it affecting the sessions though as I would usually have oats before a workout...

    @mrbrain I get where you’re coming from and this does make sense. For me personally I make dinners with my wife in the evening and have leftovers for lunch the next day so from a logistical pov this wouldn’t work for me :)

    @katie4469 Thanks for the confirmation. I wasn’t fasting at the beginning of my cut and I was coping fine as well but it’s quite convenient for me. And a coffee before my morning workout is all I need!

    @lavjesusworshiper Good to know thank you. For me it’s a very easy way of cutting down my calories. 1 less meal means I dont have to regulate my other meals so strictly
