    @jacob40524 It depends, sometimes yes sometimes no. I think it's specific to each person but there's a fair share of exercises where my strength just drops off a cliff after 1 rep

    @namibia Usually il throw a potato in the microwave and fry up some ham with a tablespoon or two of packet gravy, some vegetables. Super high protein and surprisingly low calories

    @amandal Any changes in your diet? Are you weighing in at the same time? What's your TDEE & deficit you're running? Are you doing cardio? There's so many variables, a 2 week plateau though it's normal, but if you aren't breaking it as of next week you might need to do some tweaking but my guess...
