Why do people say it's hard to do a recomp while burning fat, and gaining muscle weight?

@ifitry Push/pull day, I don't keep track of machines, but some cable benching, some row, some dips, some pullups to give you a picture.

Why do people say it's hard to do a recomp while burning fat, and gaining muscle weight?

@steph I do very minor grunting to give me an extra oomph when my grip strength starts failing like a kihup

Why do people say it's hard to do a recomp while burning fat, and gaining muscle weight?

@steph Yes, I'm the biggest lean guy in the gym by muscle size, and lean. The bigger guys tell me that all their size is fat. 103 LBS of muscle on a 6'3" frame last scan.

Why do people say it's hard to do a recomp while burning fat, and gaining muscle weight?

@thudomi1582 What do you mean when all the interactions I really do is sound advice (like wrist grips cause you to loose strength in your hands), and "have you tried ______". I shower every day.

Why do people say it's hard to do a recomp while burning fat, and gaining muscle weight?

For some reason I keep getting asked not to come back to gyms when I tend to stick to myself, and maxing machines (i.e. 97.5kg+ 20 lbs on top of a half ball, leg pressing 3.6X my weight [22 45s] on the 45 degree leg press)? I have what trainers say is an incredibly high training volume, but not sure how to train for the most muscle intensity during the week

I tried asking an AI to design my muscle training program, because the stuff that most corporate gyms have for planning doesn't go intensely enough, so what would you personally do to train each muscle group as intensely as possible? Gym managers are even shocked to see how intense my training...

As a slow twitch domineant weight lifter, why would a gym manager yell at me for working out too much?

@butterflypappilon do your research, you obviously don't know enough about muscle fiber types to answer the question

As a slow twitch domineant weight lifter, why would a gym manager yell at me for working out too much?

@steph what makes you think i'm a troll, because fast twitch fibers recover differently than slow twitch.

As a slow twitch domineant weight lifter, why would a gym manager yell at me for working out too much?

I read that slow twich fibers recover after 60-90 secconds temporarily, but my gym manager doesn't like that I have more slow twitch muscles (i.e. 8 sets per group per day at least). Why is this? On a side note he used to be a professional soccer player.
