    @oneway2mylord No, i do push pull 6 days a week. Although for the past 2 weeks I've done a full body ring routine 3 days a week (then core workouts on off days) because the weather has been absolutely beautiful in the UK.

    @1wupscy Yes. I do pike stretches twice a week (among other lower body stretches) and also do them whilst warming up for my core/L/V-sit training

    @cwthomas The latter, sorry I should really clarify. But that is smoking weed (which I used to do with tobacco). I still vape weed, but no where near the amount or frequency i used to.
