    @bagr4 Leftovers from dinner. I eat a lighter lunch - usually eggs. I eat oatmeal as a snack before late afternoon class. And then dinner later after class.

    @damj With burpees and snatches I feel like 24.1 favored the shorter athlete. Hopefully the next one will lean more in your direction. Just keep pushing. Good luck!

    @neowatchman Our seniors class even does a version of them. If 70 something Betty Sue is not complaining, neither am I.
