    @jimmy22x Can confirm take care of shoulder. I had my RC done last July and it’s taken about 9 months to get back to 100%. You DO NOT want that recovery.

    @vigilant I typically swing a 90lb bell at the gym for sets of 20, but at home it’s a 20kg and single-arm 16kg for many many reps.

    @vigilant Single or two-handed? If you’re one-arming a 28kg you’re a beast.

    I want to strict press 32kg

    @rabbie77 I had my left RC done last year, and pressing has actually helped with the later recovery. I ain’t trying to do more than 20kg, though.
