    @strawberrykiwi Or before for that matter. I started eating a banana an hour before a workout and it's made a noticeable difference in the discomfort I feel while exercising (and after)

    @notfogotten Same here! I have always been all-music-all-the-time but really became a different person when fitness became a part of my life. Now it's really the best of both worlds because I just nerd out over making curated themed playlists for my workouts, haha.

    What’s a little trick that made a huge difference in your form?

    @geoff_mann 100%. I have tight calves, and I just put a small kettlebell handle under each heel and voila - my squat form is a million times better and way less painful

    @justin_holmes I did a Turkish getup with a 32kg kettlebell, and I vividly remember starting at the gym and not being able to physically budge a 32kg kettlebell that was on the ground. Measurable progress like that is so cool. (Granted this was a couple of years ago and I’m pretty sure I’m back...

    @acco340 We don’t have the same goal, so may not be helpful, but I do an hourlong kettlebell/bodyweight strength & conditioning group class on Mondays & Wednesdays (at home via zoom at the moment), then do Couch-to-10K on a treadmill on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays which I’ll ideally...
