    @colleenhopman Yes! I make good gains that way. As long as i go to failure on accessories and keep progressing the main lifts.

    Anyone done PPL once a week with success?

    @darksoul999 I do PPL 3 day currently with 3 days dedicated to bjj and muay thai. Works well! Bench would probably go up faster if i did it twice a week though.
