    @cleannie More butter, heavy cream, eggs, avocados, ground beef, olive oil. Fat isn’t a problem. I stay lean even with very high fat.

    What is more impressive? 225 bench x 8 or 315 squat x 8?

    @spykat19 That’s because squat hurts a lot more and is riskier, many get back pain from it and therefore it’s more impressive because it’s more rare to actually get to a heavy squat.

    I need over 4100 calories a day according to this calculator... Anymore ideas on easy sources of calories?

    @ayu415 What’s your diet like? I’d bet if you tried carnivore you’d drop weight and gain muscle rapidly. Even at a higher calorie count.
