    @evnwlsn I could be way off, hopefully someone will pop in to say so if yes, but I wonder if a little more focus on biceps would visually balance the tricep (underside) and give you more of the look you want? Hammer curls work the bicep in a slightly different way and help create a little more...

    Variance in TDEE numbers?

    @nubchai To me, using nSun’s adaptive TDEE spreadsheet is more reliable than the calculators. Has a little lead time since you need to track your weight and calories for a bit so you have data to feed into it, but if you’re gonna be tracking anyway, that doesn’t seem like a big thing to me...
