Anyone done PPL once a week with success?

@handakatomy Wow that is a lot. How come so many reps .. have you had inflammation/pain from doing so much? Maybe you'd see same results with less? For the Rows, I set a bench to incline, grab couple of heavy dumbbells, lean over and row, they are really good for sure.

Anyone done PPL once a week with success?

@handakatomy Ah I do them chest supported! best back excersise i find imo, no need to worry about your lower back at all, just pull and go heavy. What is your shoulder and arm day? Good luck with the competition!

@handakatomy I'm currently doing the arnold split actually, it's a lot of fun but chest/back day I find super intense and long, why I'm thinking about going back to PPL for a while. Sounds like it's working for you though so nice!

Anyone done PPL once a week with success?

@jess1 This is my thinking. I've also never understood the concept that's naturals need to train more often with more frequency than non natties which is pushed around a lot here, we need more recovery not less lol. Gains are so slow for me now anyways jumping to 5-6 days would just outweigh any...

Anyone done PPL once a week with success?

Used to it few years ago for about a year and was really consistent, gains were okay-ish. Never met anyone who had done this only 3 days a week so just wondering if anyone here has and what their experience was? Possibly thinking about going back to it as recovery was really good.
