    @breezer You could try taking a break from caffeine and pre-work for a month then your tolerance will be baseline again

    @grandslam I think originally I used Noom which I really liked but then switch to MyFitnessPal because it synced more seamlessly to the fit tracker I had at the time. These days I haven't "tracked" anything besides protein in years and even that is just a rough running tab I keep in my head...

    @grandslam There is a balance. Track until your portions become second nature. It will probably be tough for a while but eventually you're in the best of both worlds
