    @daughteroftheonetrueking Your diet there barely contains 80gr of protein, and a 'diet' of poptarts and muffins isn't a diet. I'd argue its the combination of a lack of calories, lack of protein and not pushing your workouts. You dont mention recovery, but dont forget sleep and rest days are...
