    @bldssphq Most average peoples back squat maxes out between 135 and 185 and takes them about 3 lifts to warm up for, they don't need 34min

    @mksamas In order to consistently get into an overhead squat position, I have to put in 20-30min of focused stretching every single day, generally for about 6 weeks before I can even hit depth, then consistently for as long as I'm trying to squat properly

    @misscee I don't think it's meant to be done with more volume. If you're doing a full cycle, focus on that cycle or you'll wind up with half ass results Edit: forgot to add, know from experience. Had been doing this for 2 years up until recently
