    @mksjdb B12. You can buy foods fortified with it if you're committed to not suplimenting directly. I'm sure there's heaps but Lewis Hamilton off the top of my head.

    @yttrium I doubt very much that's something worth worrying about.

    hello vegan friends, this may be a dumb question but…

    @christfollower21 Only for the better. In that unless you're going to sub in water whatever else you'd be drinking will likely have some energy (especially if you drink for that sweet fix)
