    My arms are impossible... any advice?

    @andrewxk7 Your arms look completely normal. Everyone stores body fat differently, if you want thinner arms you may well find you need to lose more weight than is healthy or looks good for you elsewhere on the body.

    @emmafontaine Can you work out after work? I much prefer to do that so I don't have to lug so much stuff with me each day. I also prefer to shower at home and have much more energy for gym after having more meals.
