    How do y’all afford protein foods😭

    @dikaioumenoi NGL. I eat TONS of beef jerky. I get the all-natural stuff. I always keep a stick in my handbag just in case I’m on the go and don’t have time for a healthy meal. I find it really delicious and it cuts down on my cravings for sweets!

    @supernova1044 Not true. I’m 47 and almost back into the same shape I was in at 30. I could probably get to the shape I was in at 20 if I wanted to put in more exercise time but I don’t. Though I think I’ll take up swimming soon and the fact that it’s more strenuous than Pilates might just do it

    Is it true a small amount of fat is more visible on petite people?

    @jesusisking1 Yes. 8lbs is the difference between me looking model thin and slightly pudgy. My jawline and ab definition is immediately gone. 15-20 I look out of shape.

    @isabella728xx Go get checked for asthma. If you’re gasping for air after moderate exercise, that might be the problem

    Running plan for 8.5mile run?

    @keepitsimple144 When I trained for a marathon I only ran once a week because that’s all my schedule allowed. As you get into better shape, endurance will come. But for now, each time you’re running and you feel like you are bored and ready to stop, challenge yourself to go a little further...

    Petites who has successfully lost those last ~5-10lbs, did it make a significant difference in your body?

    @dassahjoy For me it made a HUGE difference! My secret was extremely low carbs and high protein coupled with strength training.

    Counting Calories

    @dersaemann Yes - but only after I counted calories for about 6 months so I had a truer idea of how to eyeball appropriate portions and calorie content of my favorite foods, AND when I started doing a Keto-ish diet that focused on prioritizing protein and drastically reducing carbs
