    @delta4u I got 15% fat but got man boobs so I am only focussing on cutting to be honest. So annoying that my body stores fat there. Got more chest fat than belly fat...

    @ladydenise226 Those are not a lot of upper body exercises. Look into the 3 day 531 program that you can find on fitness reddit.

    @cleannie But the numbers are definitely above average. Higher than me atleast. I only do 55kg bench press and 85 kg deadlift etc. I started half a year ago or so. You should treat it as something you will do the rest of your life. Simple body maintenance. Personally I only focus on each step at...
