    @mfloor Push ups on knees is what I’m doing now- focusing on really building up my strength. Thanks for the recommendations! I only workout at home so I’ll incorporate those moves into my workouts.

    I’m 4 years post my second c-section and still struggling with push-ups due to my core strength. Are there specific deep core exercises I should be doing to improve?

    Not everybody will have a bubble butt. And that’s okay.

    @g3ntl3w4rri0r Yes, it is because of social media and current beauty trends. It’s INSANE. And even if you could work a bit harder and obtain that butt, would it be worth what it takes to maintain it? People are making themselves unhappy to reach these goals and it hurts my soul.
