    @karebrown Hi, fellow weakling here (and female). I can do one whole strict pull up. I can’t do more but that was a big recent achievement for me. I dislike scaling with the band bc as another coach said, it provides inconsistent support. To me, if rather my scale be as close to the rx movement...

    @mike24 At 6’4”, you’re a pretty big dude. This workout favors shorter people who have a shorter distance to travel for the burpees and the snatches. If the next wod has box jumps, rowing, or biking, you’ll have the advantage.

    Where do you store your personal records?

    @ciel My gym uses the wodify app to register for class, post workouts and track leaderboards. I can see my history for all major lifts and hero wods and maybe other stuff. I’m sure there’s a better app, but for a regular person, it has been enough. I’d probably use something else if I didn’t...
