    @samueldob I would love to try natto, it's impossible to find where I live! If it doesn't taste worst than blue cheese I guess it should be ok as a spread :D , who knows.

    @samueldob Good job! But it can be improved a little bit. Skip the orange juice and add a real orange, you increase fiber and lower the sugar shot. And if you're lucky enough to have cheap tofu then I'd recommend you to check tempeh, It's a protein bomb, adds b12 (not a lot, really) and vitamin...
