    Anyone here ever had to change their “fitness identity”?

    @anton0003 I feel like I change every few years. It’s a product of my goals changing. When I first started, I liked HIIT. Then I got into Barre and aerial arts. Then yoga. Then distance running. Then rock climbing. And right now I’m really into lifting.

    Do any of you just NOT have defined goals?

    @mayne70 I work out because I would be climbing the walls and be an overall unpleasant person to be around if I didn’t. My workout goal is to tire myself out enough to be a functional human on a daily basis.
