    @ensea12 Fat secret. It's free. It saves meals and recipes. I've invested too much time to switch and mainly use it for when I'm cutting.

    @jonathanxr Good question or at least discuss how to complete a successful cut phase and keep protein intake and carbs down. I mean wo eating only supplements. It's just photos of people.

    @aeri20 Dumbbells are superior. Your hand position can move and isn't locked into a specific location throughout the movement. (Among a couple other reasons)
