    @misschildfree1970 I have actually lost so much muscle mass it’s crazy I’m super small right now, compared to what I’m used to when I’m in crossfit. My whole pregnancy I was puking til month 6 and baby didn’t like to eat anything and I had insomnia. And now I’m breastfeeding n k here that helps...

    @lynattechan This is great news! Yes I’m in the lookout for a Pt for pelvic in my area, so far scar is still there and fresh but seems everyday i can stand for longer periods but I have yet to try to go for long walks, maybe once baby hits 4weeks or so we can go walk around neighborhood

    @mastaplokoon Yeah I need to learn patience, but I rather take it slow then do more damage so definitely going to take into account everyone’s advice of slow and patience and getting a PT

    @lordourrighteousness Yes definitely will be putting ego aside , but really happy to hear I could eventually get back to working out! I rather heal and do it all properly then rush anything!

    @sundance5 Yes I agree my body needs to heal and mentally me too since it was not a planned c section. But I’m so happy to hear that eventually with the right care I can go back 😊

    @theunissa Uu yes even now I have to control my thoughts and not compare. I too have lost so much strength and endurance since I didn’t work out during pregnancy so technically I was out for a while, so just wanting to get back to it but do it smart and make sure k heal n recover the best I can

    @timothyrice Wow that’s great!! I will look into street parking postpartum!! Will definitely take things slow w this c section, I’m trying to heal the best I can so I can get back to feeling like myself. I do feel trapped like sometimes walking or even standing for to long does cause a bit of pain

    @leemills Thank you for the advice! I definitely did take the pain meds n stool softener. I did not work out thru out my pregnancy tho and have lost so much muscle so I feel like I’ll be starting from zero and also having to take it slow due to the c section
