    To those of you who feel you've mastered pushing to true failure, do you get grindy reps no matter the exercise?

    @jacob40524 I find triceps grind a lot towards lockout, probably this is what you’re feeling with OHP. and as for preachers I think they’re so locked in that nothing can help you cheat, which I think does happen a lot of times even if you can’t feel it

    What are some lifts you didn't use to rate, but have grown to love?

    @erigsby This happened to me with flat barbell for basically all variations, however I found incline made it way better which is odd it didn’t work for you. If your problem was that it was all shoulders I’ve been getting better at the set up every day by flat dumbbell benchingand slowly working...
