    Idk how ppl in this sub are able to do low cal w/ 100 g+ of protein daily and workout so rigorously- I’m struggling with 1700 cals😭

    @dikaioumenoi I eat yogurt, egg whites, protein, protein shake in the morning and one after my workout, and a protein bar. I eat other things too but those are basically my main protein sources.

    31yo 5’3” 131lbs: Did a Dexa Scan yesterday that has me absolutely shook… found out I’m OBESE with 35% body fat percentage

    @xxtroubledchristianxx Omg! A month ago my dietitian checked my bf with a Tanita and it put me at 16.something% and I was wondering how accurate it was since I know scales aren’t that great. This is great news lol
