    @jesusmetal777 Better yan. Alam ko parang nasa 0.5 kg per week ang safe na weight loss. Mas maganda maging sustainable yung diet/nutrition natin kesa mga "crash" diets. Cheers to your goals!

    @dawn16 I might remove IF na if I already hit my target weight. Haven't ditched rice and bread totally since these are some of my carbs sources

    @ioanc Actually, worried din ako if sobrang bilis ng pagbaba ko pero I guess hindi naman since productive pa din naman ako most of the time and hindi naman ako deprived sa mga kinakaen ko. haha

    @dawn16 I think depende sa fitness level mo yung magiging plan mo. For a total newbie sa running, I think it's better to start run-walk-run muna. Then slowly aim for 5K, 10K, half-marathon then eventually a full-marathon. Also, one mistake I have previously is I don't incorporate strength...

    @dawn16 Previously I do my strength training in the mornings, then the runs in the afternoon. Pero this week I switched them, I now do my runs very early in the morning since mas focus ko talaga ang marathon training ko. Thank you!

    How to incorporate 10k steps daily

    @vincentodiaz if you are near Greenfield/Unilab area, give it a try. Siguro gising ka lang ng maaga para medyo 'fresh' pa yung hangin. Threadmill/walking pad is okay if maulan sa labas otherwise for me it's very monotonous and baka dumating yung time na tatamarin ka na.
