    @dawn16 I started with full body routines, so yeah push up variations, pull up variations, squats and some ab exercises.. and i then moved onto more challenging movements. Archer Pull Ups, one arm pushups and just trying to limit the reps to around 8 reps per set by controlling my movements and...

    @dawn16 yeah honestly my opinions have changed even in this short period of time :') for gaining size and mass getting in the gym probably is the way to go, i just think this way maybe im building more functional muscle, maybe? i dunno, im not expert just enjoying myself :) thanks anyway man

    @samishenouda When i started i hardly changed diet at all, didnt know how important it was.. but then i read some articles and started to slowly cut out the junk food which took a while, just by replacing a chocolate bar after school with maybe a bag of nuts or something? then i started eating...

    @dawn16 No no.. i dont see anything wrong with them though, just dont think i need them, im not very heavy so its not too hard for me to get enough protein from whole foods. Although, i do take fish oil for joint pain.. not sure if that counts ;)

    @dawn16 Nothing special, just no junk and eat enough protein carbs etc, caloric surplus also.. however people have mentioned that i did get it a little easier due to the fact that im loaded on testosterone right now due to puberty, so that may have something to do with it also :)
