    @dawn16 Try doing pull up negatives.. get on a chair, grab the bar and lower yourself as slowly as possible, then get back on the chair and repeat. This will get your reps up and is just generally a good exercise, you can replace the pull ups chin ups etc with negatives.

    @dawn16 Honestly i was able to do a couple pull ups and chin ups from the start so i did normal pull ups but just for lower reps, ill post my starting routine soon :)

    @alesha1 Of course :D i find they could help most with things like shoulder exercises where its difficult to isolate your shoulders :) but you use them for whatever you think is best :D Good luck with your journey, and thank you :)

    @akb14 Thank you very much for the kind words :) nutrition wise i think its just all about eating clean and eating big, learn to love the healthy foods.. ill post about how i got started a little later :)

    @dawn16 I ate more, 5 times a day and made sure to stay in a caloric surplus :) protein post workout and thats about it really :)

    @christina89 If your muscle is sore to the point where it limits your range of motion or is very sore to the touch, take a break.. however some muscle soreness is good, i like that pain because i know my muscle will grow :)

    @well768737 I started to eat more, maybe 5 times a day and completely cut the junk food out.. i learned to love healthy food, the only thing i really changed was eating post workout, i always have an apple, can of tuna, dry crisp bread, cottage cheese and a glass of milk post workout :)
