    @antnf8900 I think you could use it but on the BWF’s wiki recommendation is that if you are a complete beginner (never exercised before or a long time) then you should probably do the BWF Primer but if you did some exercise and want to get into callisthenics then you should do the RR which is...

    @dawn16 I just followed the warm up routine in the RR page but it takes twenty minutes so an hour along with the recommended warm up routine

    @sherrycoffill yeah, because I noticed when I did the workout I find it in inconvenient to watch through the whole video so I seperated them into there own cell
