    @matthewg Great point! My brother hurt himself a bit when one came lose as he was working out. For that reason, I always check that mine is properly 'telescoped out' before I start a workout.

    @vitopsp1 Place a chair, step ladder or box under the bar. If the bar is fairly low you can also jump up to the top position.

    @saved123 Lose weight for your health. But realise that our human minds are fickle beasts. If your mind is primed to find fault and be negative, it will find something negative to focus on, even if you have done an amazing job losing weight and getting healthier. So the trick is to not believe...
