    @neverbeenalone I started at 300 pounds 3 years ago and I currently am at 172 pounds. I am 6’0” cut all the way down to 160 and then clean bulked up to 178 and then cut down to 172. If I were you I would just keep a small calorie deficit for the next year as your body will grab extra calories...
