    @dawn16 It will most likely not be muscular failure. Rather, it will be endurance/stamina or form failure because of endurance reasons.

    @helexzy It would kill me too, for sure! I did not say that it is easy. The problem with so many reps is that it does not train the muscle for strength or hypertrophie, which, in my opinion, should be the goal for this kind of training.     @totallylovedbygod Must be. At that high amount of reps nothing else than cardio is trained
